In this module, we’ll show you how to promote SafetyWing in your social media community to maximize your affiliate earnings.
We do not have a minimum requirement to join our SafetyWing Ambassador program and work with communities of all sizes. Typically, with Facebook groups, we see the best results with groups that have 5,000-10,000+ members.
More important is that you understand your community and the people in it so you can promote products they actually want. Having a smaller community of very engaged people can definitely be very successful with affiliate marketing.
Using featured posts in your Facebook group are great to promote products like SafetyWing that get seen frequently by people visiting the group again and again as well as by new people joining up.
A featured post can be a simple post about SafetyWing and what Nomad Insurance covers, including your affiliate link, which is then pinned on the top of your group and appears above all discussions.

If you have a website additional to your Facebook group, it might make sense to set up a landing page or write a dedicated article on Nomad Insurance specifically explaining all the benefits and features.
You could then continuously link back to these more extensive resources from your Facebook group. Since insurance is not an impulse buy, your audience will appreciate some more information to figure out if SafetyWing is right for them.
