Do I need to have a specific amount of Instagram followers to be a successful SafetyWing Ambassador?

We do not have a minimum follower requirement to join our SafetyWing Ambassador program. Any influencer on Instagram with any size - nano, micro, macro, mega, is welcome to join our community.

On Instagram, the follower engagement rate depends on many factors, and your amount of followers is not it. You can be a nano influencer with a very niche following with high engagement. The key is not in quantity but in quality and the way how you engage with your community, big or small. We’ll show you how to do this!

Shall I create a Reel, Stories or Carousel?

The combination of all is important to getting your community attracted to the product. Why?

Consistency is key to building an organic audience and growing your engagement. Frequency can be overwhelming, that is why we recommend you plan your posts in advance.

But regular posting is only one aspect of being consistent, make sure to respond to comments and DMs. Talk to your audience, they are bluing a relationship with you!

  1. SWIPE UP - For example, if your profile is verified or you have over 10k followers, you can make use of the swipe up feature on your Instagram stories.

  2. LINK IN BIO - Unlike other social media platforms, Instagram does not allow you to share clickable links in your post/reels. You can enter your link within your caption, but it is not clickable. We recommend having a Linktree profile and link in your bio, it is key to showcase all your affiliate links in one clean and well-designed landing page.

      2. During registration, you can choose between the Free and Pro account plan. The Free version gives you access to unlimited links, and with the Pro version you are able to fully customize your landing page.

  3. REELS - Instagram is becoming a video company, making videos will give you more engagement. On top of that, Reels have double the engagement than normal posts, not only more people from your followers will see them, but Reels will reach more audiences outside your community.

  4. STORIES (5-6 frames) - The more stories you make in one go, the more your audience will be engaged. Do you know The Rule of 7 in marketing? On average, people need to see a product 7 times before they buy it. Instagram only allows sharing clickable links on stories, for this reason, they are the best way to engage the link with your audience. Make sure to always include link stickers so people can click through right away without having to go to your bio.
