1. The Go Off-Season campaign will launch on September 3rd 2025 and will run until September 20th 2025.
  2. The Go Off-Season campaign is addressed to digital nomads, remote workers, freelancers and anyone that can work remotely for a large period of time. While SafetyWing will not refuse entry to anyone not meeting the above criteria, we will also not be responsible for any job implications a person might have due to his/her attendance in this program.
  3. For every Go-Off Season edition, a new winner will be selected. The winner can select one additional person to travel with (”travel companion”), whose expenses will be covered according to Term #4 below.
  4. The name of the winner will be shared with all participants, for purposes of transparency.
  5. The winner will win a package of fully paid expenses for:
    1. Maximum of 10 days at a destination already selected and booked by SafetyWing, without an upgrade possible, for the winner and the travel companion, should the winner decide to choose one.
    2. Airplane tickets to and from the destination. This shall include one (1) ticket to the destination and one (1) ticket from the destination back to where the winner will indicate as return destination. Should the winner choose a travel companion, the same tickets will be paid for the person. The maximum cost SafetyWing will cover is $1000 for all flights per person. In the event that flights will cost more than $1,000 per person due to the location of the winner and/or the travel companion chosen, SafetyWing is not responsible to cover anything above $1,000 per person. SafetyWing will give a flight voucher for the winner to purchase their flight(s). Safetywing is not responsible if the winner and/or the travel companion wants to upgrade their flight beyond basic economy class(or its equivalent).
  6. After entering the giveaway, the user will be provided with a unique link, which can be shared with as many people desired. Each time a new person click the link and enters the giveaway, this shall count as one additional entry to the owner of the original unique link.
  7. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
  8. Entry to the giveaway is restricted to one entry per person (meaning no person can sign up with more than one email) and multiple entries will be disqualified.
  9. In the event that a winner was found to have had multiple entries in the contest, all entries are considered voided and the win will not be provided to that person.
  10. Winners will be chosen randomly from all valid entries, and will be publicly announced.
  11. The winner will be contacted on the email address used to register under SafetyWing’s website. SafetyWing is not responsible for any incorrect and/or invalid information provided by the winner.
  12. In the event that the winner does not respond within 7 days to claim the prize, SafetyWing reserves the right to rescind the prize and make a second draw to determine the next winning person.
  13. If the winning person is for any reason unable to attend to the location selected for the off-season campaign and in those exact days, the prize cannot be gifted/transferred to any other person.
  14. SafetyWing will notify the winning person at least 2 weeks before the travel date. The travel dates are already set and cannot be changed for any reason, therefore if the winner cannot attend those days, the prize will be given to someone else. Dates cannot be changed and the prize is not transferable.
  15. The winner is flexible to attend to the selected location longer. Any additional day the winner selects to stay to the location will not be covered by SafetyWing’s prize components (see Term #6)
  16. SafetyWing reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the companies control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the company.
  17. In the event that any of the occurrences described in this section prevent SafetyWing from honoring the prize package, SafetyWing reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer the winner an alternative prize of comparable value, in a good faith effort to resolve the matter.
  18. SafetyWing is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this incentive.
  19. SafetyWing will not be responsible for the winning person’s and/or travel companion’s visa or visa related procedures, nor will it compensate the person for any associated costs. Should the person be unable to get a visa to travel to the selected location, there can be no change of the location.
  20. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the campaign will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
